Why it has taken me so long to do this I will never know. I love boutiques! I love the little shops hidden on side streets that no one has ever heard of that carry the coolest stuff. These are the places where the locals shop, which keeps the prices reasonable and the looks fresh and edgy. I’ve shopped many and no surprise, one of my favorites is in my old beloved neighborhood Hells Kitchen (or Clinton if you want to class it up – Nah!). Monarch is located at 326 West 47th Street between 8th & 9th Aves. They sell a bit of everything, clothing, lingerie, jewelry, handbags, etc. Monarch always has sales and they love to carry local designers, especially Hells Kitcheners. Something that I knew was that Monarch carries the most unique jewelry but, something that I didn’t was that Monarch makes their own jewelry. How cool is that? One of their specialties is resin and sterling silver bracelets. Please pay them a visit and give them some business.
