A little off the fashion path but still in the beauty products family, take a read.
There are always tons of sales on those popular foaming hand soap pumps at the store. Many people I know buy them at the dollar store. It was something I thought couldn’t be done. I thought that the foaming mechanism and the soap formula was some special secret combination and that it could not be refilled. It’s not, and you can definitely refill those foaming pumps which helps save money.
Fill the empty pump a quarter of the way with concentrated soap, the rest with water and shake. Done.
We purchased this large 2 qt liquid soap refill for less than $5 and we will refill are soap pumps approximately 50 times. If I replaced those those pumps with new every time they ran out that would cost $50 at the dollar store instead of just $5 from refilling. Big difference.
